Haveing trouble getting hard
im a 17 year old male and the only time i can pull a stiffy is if i take my hand and kind of shake it a bit, its never goes hard on its own anymore and this concerns me and when i do pull a stiffy it wont even stay very hard...wut can i do to solve this problem?

You might just be done for a little while. Since hormones work in cycles, you might need to take a few days or weeks off, without masturbating to an orgasm. Sometimes your sex drive just changes.
